Chicken Sheekh Kabab

#SC2 Sheekh Kabab is an ideal Starter and my favourite is both Chicken & Mutton. Today I made Chicken Sheekh Kabab

Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-45 mins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add chicken mince, add minced garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onion, and chopped coriander leaves.

* Step 2

Add Garam Masala powder, White pepper powder, Chaat Masala powder, and salt, mix well. Put the mix in the refrigerator for 30 mins.

* Step 3

Take a portion of the mix and place it around the wooden skewers. Complete the batch.

* Step 4

In a grill pan smear ghee and add 2-3 Sheekh Kababs on the pan, on low flame for 3-4 mins shallow fry. Set aside.

* Step 5

Plate with Tomato wedges, sliced onions, lemon wedges and green chilli. Enjoy!
