It’s Chinese New Year of Tiger and what better way to observe but to make Honey Chilli Cauliflower

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blanch the florets and drain and set asked
* Step 2
In a bowl add refined flour, cornflour, onion powder, garlic powder, coarsely crushed black pepper, salt, mix. Add water to make a batter
* Step 3
Marinate the florets in the batter and in a wok add adequate oil to deep fry, set aside
* Step 4
In a pan heat 1 Tbsp oil and add spring onion bulbs chopped, red chilli flakes, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt. Stir for 2 mins
* Step 5
Add red chilli chopped, spring onions greens chopped and 1 Tbsp cornflour slurry. Mix well
* Step 6
Add honey and mix well. Add the fried florets and coat them well. Add some more spring onions green chopped
* Step 7
Add black roasted sesame seeds, add white roasted sesame seeds, toss and set aside
* Step 8
Plate with some chopped red chillies, spring onion greens and enjoy
