#thc #thcweek11 #lunchbox Egg is such a universal ingredient that it’s liked by kids and adults alike. I made a Salad which is a great lunchbox for kids and it can be eaten on its own or as an open sandwich

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
2 Tbsp

mayonnaise

2 Tbsp

horseradish

as per taste

Salt

as per taste

Pepper

1 sprig

chives

1 sprig

dill

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the eggs in a pan with water. Bring it to boil and boil for 8 mins

* Step 2

Set aside on the kitchen counter for 2 mins, add ice cubes and cool down completely.

* Step 3

Deshell the eggs and cut into bite sizes

* Step 4

Mix salt and pepper and add mayonnaise and mustard and horseradish and mix well

* Step 5

Add chopped célèbre stalk and leaves, add chopped chives and add dill. Mix well with the eggs.

* Step 6

Place the mix on a toasted sandwich and garnish with sliced tomatoes.

* Step 7

Plate and enjoy a healthy lunchbox with your kid
