Classic Baked Potato

#aloo Aloo or Potato is an universal comfort food in every part of the world. Be it for kids or adults, whether in nuclear families or joint families potato is a must in every recipe - as a soup, salad, entree, main course or dessert. You name it potato is so universal

Olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Make scores and smear with olive oil generously. Pre heat oven and sprinkle salt and pepper to the potatoes

* Step 2

Bake on the grill directly for 1 hr.

* Step 3

Take out the potatoes and while hot slit in the centre. Scoop out the insides carefully with a spoon, set it aside in a bowl

* Step 4

Into the bowl add butter to the potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese grated, milk, salt and pepper and mix well

* Step 5

Put back the prepared mix into the potatoes and add more cheddar cheese and bake at 180 deg C Pre heat oven for 3-4 mins

* Step 6

Set aside and drizzle with cheddar cheese, spring onion greens chopped and scoop of sour cream

* Step 7

Plate and enjoy hot
