Fluffiest Pancake

I love Pancakes and more the fluffy it is, I love it more. Often I make Pancakes for breakfast or for my Sunday brunch
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add refined flour, baking powder, and salt and mix. To make the fluffiest one baking powder is essential and the secret to making one. Mix and set aside
* Step 2
In another bowl beat an egg, add milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence. I didn’t add sugar as I don’t like but one can. Mix but don’t overdo
* Step 3
Make a hole in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients gradually. Mix but don’t overdo. The batter is ready.
* Step 4
In a pan that has depth add 1/2 tsp butter and grease the pan, add a small ladle of the batter and let it spread on its own.
* Step 5
Bubbles would be noticed and it’s time to flip. Again bubbles would be noticed and Pancakes are done. Set aside. The flame should be on medium all through
* Step 6
I didn’t add any toppings but one can and it’s varied depending on one's choices
* Step 7
Plate and I garnished with sliced bananas and cherries and enjoyed with orange juice and coffee
