Avocado Walnut Smoothie

Walnut is a powerhouse of goodness only for the human body and just a few ones consuming every day would lead to that. So when a smoothie is made with avocado, walnut milk, spinach, it’s more good than anything else.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Walnut Milk - Soak Walnut in water for 2 hours. Drain.
* Step 2
In a blender add the soaked Walnuts, 2 cups chilled water, honey, and vanilla essence, and run on high the blender for 1 min.
* Step 3
In a muslin cloth add the walnut mix and squeeze the milk out onto a bowl. Your Walnut milk is ready to use
* Step 4
For Smoothie - add to blender spinach, grapes, avocado, and walnut milk and run the blender smooth.
* Step 5
Pour the smoothie onto a bowl and garnish with sliced avocados, walnuts, oats, pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
