Idli Chaat from leftover Idli

Idli’s are my all time favourite snack. But I had lot of leftover from yesterday and was keen to eat it in a different way, so I made Chaat and my day is made
Ingredient

Preparation time-15 mins, Cooking time-25 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a plate lay the leftover Idli’s. Cut them into 4 parts
* Step 2
In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add curry leaves, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, red chilli powder, slit green chillies, salt and stir
* Step 3
Add the sliced Idli’s and stir very well. Set aside
* Step 4
In a bowl sieve Yogurt, black salt and add that to the fried Idli. Add Tamarind Chutney, Mint Chutney, mix well
* Step 5
Before plating add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, sev and lastly coriander leaves
