Banana Fry is one of my favourite Chips and I can have it anytime of the day.
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the Raw Bananas. Peel and slice the pieces.
* Step 2
In a bowl add turmeric powder, salt and water and mix.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and fry the Banana slices until crispy.
* Step 4
Add the turmeric powder in water and immediately set aside. Fry curry leaves and garnish.
