Cooking time :
Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-25 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the Paan leaves and add to the blender with milk and Rose water, blend smooth
* Step 2
In a pan roast the Khoya on low flame for 1-2 mins
* Step 3
Add granulated sugar and the blended Paan mix. Stir for 15 mins on low flame
* Step 4
The mix will be dry. Set aside to a greased plate to cool.
* Step 5
Make balls and use a mould to give shape.
