Blueberry Pancake

#GA4 #week7 Breakfast is the most important meal of a person and the meal should be a wholesome one. I love Pancakes and made with Blueberry.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

Preparation time-15 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
1 cup

milk

1.5 cups

blueberries

as required

Oil to fry

1 Tbsp

sugar

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add egg yolks, vanilla essence and milk. Whisk well. Make a stiff peak of egg whites.

* Step 2

Add to it refined flour, egg whites, sugar and whisk well. The batter should be lump free.

* Step 3

Add blueberries and keep the pan ready to make the pancake.

* Step 4

Add oil to the pan and heat. Add ladle of the batter to the pan. Once bubbles are noticed, flip and set aside the pancake.

Finish the batches and garnish with maple syrup, mint leaves and blueberries.
