Breakfast is the most important meal of a person and the meal should be a wholesome one. I love Pancakes and made with Blueberry.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add egg yolks, vanilla essence and milk. Whisk well. Make a stiff peak of egg whites.
* Step 2
Add to it refined flour, egg whites, sugar and whisk well. The batter should be lump free.
* Step 3
Add blueberries and keep the pan ready to make the pancake.
* Step 4
Add oil to the pan and heat. Add ladle of the batter to the pan. Once bubbles are noticed, flip and set aside the pancake.
* Step 5
Finish the batches and garnish with maple syrup, mint leaves and blueberries.
