Chilled Beetroot Lassi

#tech4 Beetroot is full of nutrition and good health. Tasty too so I chose to make Lassi to kill the awful heat in my city. Loved to the core

Ingredient

1/4 cup

Yoghurt

1/4 cup

Milk

As per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the Beetroot. Peel the skin. Cut into cubes

* Step 2

Put the Beetroot cubes in the blender and run the blender for 1 min. Add yogurt and milk slowly and run the blender every time you add the milk and yogurt. Add ice cubes to give colour more pink.

* Step 3

Once this is done strain the juice. Add black pepper powder, Chaat masala, salt and ice cubes. Mix well.

* Step 4

Pour it into glasses and enjoy a chilled Beetroot Lassi.
