Bruschetta is an Italian style of having a healthy open sandwich. Easy to make and very tasty. Any Rustic loaf, Baguette or French bread would do. I used Sourdough Baguette

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the baguettes and smear Olive oil on it.
* Step 2
In a bowl add chopped tomatoes, julienned basil leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well
* Step 3
Apply on the bread. Add the grated Parmesan cheese.
