Potato Soup

#tech1 This soup is a decadent recipe from my GrandMom and I love this soup so much. Full of nutrition and filling for sure. One can make this a meal itself

Ingredient

Cooking time :

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
2 cups

milk

3-4 Tbsp

butter

As per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into 2” pieces and in a pan add water to boil the potatoes. Approx 10 mins, fork it to see if the potatoes are half done. Drain and set aside.

* Step 2

In the same bowl add milk and butter and bring it to heat. On high flame when milk boils on sides, set aside.

* Step 3

Add salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley leaves and enjoy a hot and healthy soup.
