10 mins Easy Pork Yakiniku
A quick and tasty sauce with no need to marinade overnight. I made the flavours stronger to accompany plain boiled vegetables. Love the caramelized soft leeks.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sliced pork thinly. You can also use Shabu Shabu pork belly or pork collar. Mix with Chinese cooking wine. This helps to tenderize the meat.
* Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in non/stick pan. Add in leeks. Fry till slightly soft.
* Step 3
Drain the pork. Then add in pork slices (char-grill each slice separately). Fry till pork is cooked through. Add in Yakiniku sauce. Cook for 10-15 mins until sauce reduces. Lots of freshly cracked black pepper! Done!
* Step 4
We serve this on top of steamed carrots and zucchini.
