Papad Tacos

Tacos are Mexican but it’s fun to make it to cater to Indian taste and I just did. Got the zing in it #zing

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

Preparation time-1d20 mins, Cooking time-30 mins
1/2 cup

yoghurt

Few springs

mint leaves

1/2 tsp

Chana Masala

1/4 cup

water

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

As required

Oil

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the chickpeas overnight. Boil the soak peas and set aside.

* Step 2

Roast the Papad on a non-stick pan and when it’s hot roll them with a rolling pin and make the Tacos. Do this slowly. Set aside.

* Step 3

In a wok heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions and stir to make the onions soft. Add the boiler chickpeas and stir well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Chana Masala, salt and stir well. Add little water and cover to cook dry. Once done, set aside. Add lime juice and set aside.

* Step 4

Now take the mint leaves and put in a blender. Add salt and purée. Add the purée to the yoghurt and mix well

* Step 5

Plate the Papad Tacos, add the Chana and pour the Mint yoghurt dip onto it. Enjoy the Tacos having a zing.
