I love trying dishes of various states in our country and today I chose a new style from Bihar state
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the mutton pieces well and set aside. In a bowl add whole red chillies, turmeric, whole cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, ginger, garlic and make a paste.
* Step 2
Add salt to the paste and add yoghurt. Mix the mutton with that and marinate for 20 mins
* Step 3
In a pressure cooker heat mustard oil and add chopped onions until pink in colour
* Step 4
Add mutton to it and mix well. Cook until oil leaves surface
* Step 5
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 10 mins
* Step 6
Put in cooker for 3-4 whistles on low flame
* Step 7
Now it’s ready to be plated. Add ghee and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
* Step 8
Enjoy with steamed rice or Roti
