Minty aloo bhujia
All time favourite ,this goes well with ek cup chai and atta biscuits . This bhujia goes well in bhel puri ,and chaat too apart from serving with only chai . This time I used this snack in my favourite chaat layering ( check recipe) and the crunch , full of flavour in it took it to a different level to my tasty dish . This bhujia is all time favourite in my house . #boxweek16 #sangitakalra
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and finely grate the potatoes. Add the masalas mentioned above to the potatoes and add the seived
besan. No need to add water,mix nicely such that no lumps are there. Add oil and if you find it too dry and you feel a little water is required,just wet your hands and mash the mixture.You will see that if you mash it with wet hands it becomes a bit sticky but when you will apply oil it will be alright. The dough should neither be tight nor too loose.
* Step 2
Now grease the sev machine. Use the very small holes mould and put this mixture in it. Heat oil and make sev on a medium flame. Put it on a seive so that extra oil drops drown, if any. Sprinkle some chat masala on it. Store it in an airtight jar when cooled and enjoy !!
