Cinnamon Green Apple fries
Green Apples are crispier and juicy, a bit tangy which when, added to any dish, give a very refreshing taste.
Cinnamon and Apples are taste friendly and go well together
These fries are quick and simple to make. Gets done in no time. #spiceweek3 #sangitakalra
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and peel the apples and cut them in long juliennes.
Shift it into a deep bowl, filled with cold water and lemon juice.
Meanwhile, make cinnamon sugar for that. Mix both cinnamon and sugar and grind them to fine powder and keep aside.
* Step 2
Drain the apples and pat dry.
Spread them on deep bowl and sprinkle corn flour over it.
Toss, such that each julienne is nicely coated. Heat Oil, fry till crispy, as we usually fry for french fries. Drain them on tissue paper.
* Step 3
In a big bowl, add the cinnamon sugar, add these fries and toss such that all apple fries are nicely coated with cinnamon sugar. Serve immediately with a dollop of whipped cream.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder on whipped cream too.
I am sure you would love these fries. They taste a bit sweet, a bit tangy and full of cinnamon flavor. An irresistible fries!!
