Caramalized banana split sundae
Make any occasion into a celebration with a delicious scoop of ice cream and caramalzed Banana. This is universally appreciated and can be offered any time of time of the day .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This is a simple vanilla base ice cream. Using this as a base you can make numerous flavours of ice cream.Here for this dish I have used vanilla, strawberry, choco chip.
Let us first make Vanilla base
In a pan add milk (use raw),it means that open the pack of milk at that time only.Do not take the boiled milk.
Add in milk powder and heat till it gets boiled. Stir so that no malai is formed on top of this. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Whip the cream till soft peaks,add in milkmaid, this boiled cooled milk and essences. Your creamy vanilla is ready to go to the freezer.
Now I divided this base in three parts.One I kept as Vanilla,for chocolate, I melted the 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup dark chocolate compound in micro. Then when it cooled a bit I simply added this to my Vanilla base and added a few choco chips.
* Step 3
For strawberry, I added strawberry essence and added pinch of pink colour as I didn't get fresh strawberries nor I had strawberry crush so this worked well for my strawberry ice cream. Like this with that base ice cream mixer I could make three flavours. Seal with cling wrap & foil and freeze till set.
* Step 4
For caramalized banana, Peel and split the bananas into two and in a plate add sugar and cinnamon powder. Now coat the bananas in this mixture. In a not stick pan add butter and toast the bananas in butter from both sides for few seconds.Be a bit careful while turning them as they become very soft, cool them and now at the time of serving simply place the bananas at the bottom and place the scoops of different flavours of ice cream, you can put roasted nuts or any topping. Serve immediately!
