Colorful easter
The only thing that can attract the kids on Easter are colours and chocolates. So here is my pick on all natural dyed easter eggs with a little glittery touch #easter21
Ingredient
Food ration :
4 eggs
Cooking time :
30 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a vessel take one cup water heat it and add chopped beetroot. Boil it for ten min and seive it in a glass. Cool, add one tbsp vinegar and then dip one hard boil egg in it. Keep aside.Similarly, Take another cup of hot water add blue pea flowers and boil it for ten mins. Seive, cool, add vinegar mix and add one hard boiled egg in it.
* Step 2
Now take one more cup of hot water boil coriander and spinach. Seive immediately and put it in ice cold water (make its thick paste). Add this paste in that boiled water and vinegar. Put one egg in this green mixture. Now for yellow colour put one tbsp turmeric in a glass add hot water amd mix. Cool. Add vinegar and last egg.
* Step 3
Now cover each glass with foil or cling wrap and put all four glasses in the fridge overnight. Next day take out all the four eggs with a spoon on a paper towel. Here you go, you will get soft pink, yellow, blue and light green eggs. They are simply so presentable. I sprinkled the top of each egg with edible glitter and that is absolutely optional. In my Easter basket, I kept a few of my homemade marble chocolates along with these egg gems!!
