Pear upside down cake

Optional changes: - 5/2 brown/granulated sugar ratio for cake - 100 ml coconut oil for cake - Replace coconut oil with margarine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 175 C

* Step 2

Add the sauce ingredients to a small saucepan on low heat and stir until combined

* Step 3

Cut pears and nuts

* Step 4

Pour half of the sauce in a round cake form, then add the pears followed by the nuts and now pour the other half on top of this

* Step 5

In a medium bowl sift together flour and cacao

* Step 6

In a large bowl add all other cake ingredients

* Step 7

Slowly add the flour and cacao mix to the large bowl while stirring it into a smooth dough

* Step 8

Pour dough in the cake form and spread evenly

* Step 9

Bake for 40 min and let it cool before flipping
