Ingredient

2 Tablespoons

Of lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon

cumin powder

1 pinch

rice flour

1 tablespoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the banana into 2-3 pieces. Steam them for 10-15 Minutes or pressure cook for 1 whistle.

* Step 2

Remove the skin and grate the bananas using a cheese grater. Add all the spices,salt Coriander leaves, lemon juice, green paste,and flour and mix everything well. Make small Tikkis. I have cut them using a cookie cutter (but this is optional)

Heat oil in a pan and fry these Tikkis until they are golden brown on both the sides.
