What can be soothing than a soup in this winter?
This soup is prepared with the peels of a carrot and other vegetables. it is super easy to make and tasty . Also this soup is prepared without oil. super healthy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Using the carrot peels, boil them in 1 litre water.
Add salt and once water is boiled, strain out the peels. Chop them in a chopper and add them back to the water along with chopped cabbage, garlic, green chillies.
* Step 2
Add a slurry made with cornflour and water. Once the soup thickens, add the herb mix, soya sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes
* Step 3
Soup is ready. Garnish with some spring onions.
