Ingredient
2 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1 teaspoon oil on a pan. Add onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and while garam masalas.
Saute well, add little water and keep aside to cool.
Grind into a fine paste and strain through a seiver.
* Step 2
Cut paneer into small cubes.
Can use masal paneer as well here.

* Step 3
In a kadhai, heat remaining oil.
Add 1 bay leaf, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and the paste. Add water if required and let it boil.
* Step 4
Add the paneer cubes, capsicum and simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with some crushed Kasuri methi.
