Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the pasta with a little salt according to the time specified on the package. Place the cooked pasta in a dish, add a small spoonful of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper.
* Step 2
Put five tablespoons of butter or ghee (or both) in a pot over the stove until it completely melts.Then add five tablespoons of flour and mix well.
* Step 3
Add five cups of milk and half a teaspoon of salt to the mixture. Continue stirring until it comes to a boil.
* Step 4
Add a layer of grated Mozzarella cheese on top. Place it in the oven at 180°C until the top becomes golden brown.
