Panga fry with Asparagus

A highly nutrious fish is this Pangasius also called as Panga. A great source of Omega 3, rich in proteins, low in saturated fat., zero carbohydrates,low cholesterol, zero sodium.
And above all, it is super tasty 😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the panga filets into desired pieces.
Apply green paste, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and lemon juice all over and keep aside for marination (at least 15 minutes)
* Step 2
Dip the panga pieces in rice flour one by one.
* Step 3
Heat oil. Add 2-3 garlic cloves and saute for a minute.
Now add the panga filets and shallow fry from both the sides till golden and crispy.
Take them out on a plate.
* Step 4
In the same pan, saute the asparagus and bell peppers for a minute. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
* Step 5
Enjoy hot with some drizzle of lemon 🍋
