Rainy day and pakoras...wow what a feeling.
We just need an opportunity to fry pakoras (fritters) and if it's raining then it has to be prepared.
One of the pakoras is Mirch ke pakoras that can be stuffed with different variety of stuffings like potatoes, coconut or onions.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan dry roast fennel seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds.
Once cooled, grind into fine powder.
* Step 2
Wash and pay dry the chilies and make vertical slits to the chilies. Keep them aside.
* Step 3
In a bowl, take chickpea flour. Add all the spices, salt, and fennel -cumin-coriander powder. Add water and make a smooth batter. Use warm water so that you it becomes easy to mix and get a lump-free batter.
* Step 4
Now heat oil in a frying pan.
* Step 5
Take the chilies one by one and dip them in the batter. Fill the batter inside the chilies well using your finger and coat it nicely from outside.
* Step 6
Fry the chilies in hot oil on medium flame and then lower a bit so that the stuffed batter is also cooked properly.
* Step 7
Fry the chilies from all the sides and drain the excess oil and take them out on a plate.
* Step 8
Serve hot as it is. These Mirchi pakoras are so tasty on their own.
Enjoy them on a rainy day.
