Broccoli tikkis

Healthy and super tasty tikkis prepared with broccoli. Ofcourse more variety of vegetables can be added to make these tikkis even more healthy. #healthy #broccoli #cutlet #snack

Ingredient

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

Red Chilli powder

1 tablespoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend everything together in a blender or mixer except oil and chickpea flour.

* Step 2

Add flour and make small balls and flatten to shape tikkis.

* Step 3

Heat oil on a pan. Arrange the tikkis on the pan and cook from both the sides till golden brown.

* Step 4

Enjoy hot tikkis with some mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
