Lambrusco Pasta🍝

Tried this pasta at a Trattoria in Modena, Italy and fell in love! We came back and put our own spin to it

Ingredient

Cooking time :

45 minutes
3 cloves

garlic

1 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook pasta until al dente

* Step 2

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat

* Step 3

Add garlic and sauté for a minute

* Step 4

Add wine and reduce for 5 minutes

* Step 5

Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened

* Step 6

Lower heat to low and fold pasta into sauce

* Step 7

Garnish with basil or Parmesan cheese, yum!
