A simple yet tasty and quick biryani recipe with prawns loved by my family.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash the prawns.
Wash rice and keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil. Add the whole garam masalas like peppercorn,bay leaf, Cardamon, cinnamon, cloves.
Add onions, ginger garlic paste,and saute till onions turn light brown.
* Step 3
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder,salt. Cook till the tomatoes are mashed nicely.
* Step 4
Add the prawns,green chillies and mix well.
* Step 5
Add the washed rice and hot water. Give it a mix and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium to high flame.
Simmer on low for next 10 minutes.
* Step 6
Garnish with some coriander leaves and lemon juice on top.
