Rice with multicolor vegetables makes it a complete and nutritious meal.
This recipe is easy , one pot recipe and also very delicious
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice and keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a vessel or pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste. Saute well
* Step 3
Add onions, tomatoes and mix well till onions are brown.
* Step 4
Add vegetables,
Add salt, chilli powder and mix well.
* Step 5
Add rice, hot water and garam masala
* Step 6
Once water is boiled, simmer for 10 mins on low flame and cover with a lid.
* Step 7
Serve hot Vegetables rice with some coriander leaves on top. Enjoy with some curd raita.
