This red beauty is not just beautiful in color but also packed with loads of nutrients and health benefits. Beetroot is a source of folic acid, fiber, manganese, magnesium ,potassium, zinc, iron and has many other positive effects. I started taking this juice around 4months back to curb my acne problem. And YESS it did work . I was happy to get back to my original skin not 100percent but saw a tremendous positive change . I take this juice everyday in the morning . There is no side effect so any one without an ailment can also take this.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut beetroot in to medium pieces. You can peel the skin or use it with skin.
* Step 2
Add any berries if you like. I have added 2 strawberries but this is completely optional.
* Step 3
Blend this first in a mixer or blender or juicer.
* Step 4
Add 1 orange with the skin. Do not take off the orange skin. If there are seeds in the orange, then don't forget to take them out or else the juice will turn bitter.
* Step 5
Blend it once more and you will get nice puree
* Step 6
Now add 1/2cup warm water and mix it with a spoon or pulse it once. Your beetred beauty is ready to serve.
