Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast urad dal for few minutes without changing the colour,cool it and grind it with poha to fine powder.
* Step 2
Add powder to a mixing bowl add rice flour,salt,jeera, sesame seeds,hing and butter and mix it well to crumbly texture then add enough water to knead medium soft dough.
* Step 3
Now grease the murukku mould and fill it with enough dough and press it to murukku shape, heat oil drop the murukku in hot oil and fry till crisp on medium flame.
* Step 4
Crispy murukku is ready. store in an air tight container and enjoy it as a snack.
