* Step 1
Wash and separate leaves from the bunch and pressure cooker with chanadal and peanuts till soft.
* Step 2
Now mix the mixture and add chilli paste, jagarry, salt and mix it well combined. Heat oil add mustard, curry leaves,red chilli,hing and turmeric powder.
* Step 3
Add prepared mixture and give it a nice mix, adjust salt.cook for a boil off the flame.add coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Sorrel leaves curry is ready
