Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice, heat ghee oil in a pressure cooker add methi seeds,jeera,red chillies and chopped lauki fry for a few minutes.
* Step 2
Add rice and water,salt and mix everything well and cook till soft for 3,4 whistle.
* Step 3
Open the lid after pressure release add milk cook it stirring for a minute,add coriander leaves.
* Step 4
A simple delicious lauki Jabar is ready to serve.
