Parwal potato subji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak cashews, poppy seeds, and melon seeds For 1 hour then grind it to a smooth paste,make it paste using tomato, chilli, garlic and coriander stalks.

* Step 2

Scrap the parwal and cut in four pieces,cut the potato in the same shape then fry it in oil till soft sprinkle some salt.

* Step 3

Heat oil add jeera, cardmum, cinnamon,bayleaf,cloves add chopped onion and fry till nice golden colour then add tomato paste and fry for a few minutes,then add chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and cashew paste and fry it till oil separates add parwal and potato pieces and some and cook for few minutes.

* Step 4

Add kasuri methi and coriander leaves and it's ready to serve with rice and roti or chapati.
