* Step 1

Prepare all coloured dough using the ingredients cover and keep it aside.

Divide the dough in equal size balls and roll it not thin or thick.

Heat oil add poori one by one and fry to fluffy.

* Step 4

Colourful pooris ready for Holi celebration, serve with potato subji.
