One pot smoked sausage & pasta dish

Ingredient

minced garlic

1 can (12 oz)

diced tomatoes

1/2 cup

heavy cream

Dash

pepper

Dash

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice smoked sausage into bite size slices or pieces. In a sauce pan, add olive oil, onions and sausage.

* Step 2

Stir in garlic and add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, heavy cream and salt & pepper.

* Step 3

Add pasta, stirring into the mixture and making sure the pasta is entirely covered.

* Step 4

Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Then add cheddar cheese, stir until melted and remove from heat and serve.
