Sankranti special til ki wadi with goodness of gur and til/sesame seeds..
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast sesame seeds on low heat till it starts splurttering, lightly roast poppy seeds, coconut transfer to a plate.
* Step 2
Now add roasted peanuts and sesame seeds (keep some for topping) coconut, poppy seeds to a grinder and coarsely grind it.
* Step 3
Heat ghee in a kadai add jagarry and cook till it melts and when bubbles appear add the ground coarse mixture cardmum powder and mix everything well.
* Step 4
Now on a parchment paper spread the mixture and level it using greased vati top with dry fruits, sesame seeds, and Rose petals and roll it with rolling pin in square shape, cut in desired shape.
