Focaccia Bread

Ingredient

1 cup

sooji

1 spoon

sugar

1 cup

curd

1 spoon

salt

1/2 spoon

baking soda

1/4 spoon

eno

1 spoon

vinegar

3 spoon

oil

1/2 spoon

garlic powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixi jar add oats sooji sugar salt grind it to powder transfer to a bowl,add baking soda curd,mix everything well,cover and keep aside for half an hour.

* Step 2

Open the cover and add water as needed to make thick batter add chilli flakes, garlic powder,herbs mix it.

* Step 3

Add baking powder eno and vinegar,mix it and put it in a greased mould top with some oil to make holes with fingers,arrange sliced veggies.

* Step 4

Heat the kadai place stand inside keep the mould and cover it. Bake for 35min to 45 min check it.

Once it's done take out apply ghee and cool it,cut it bread is ready to serve/ enjoy.
