Cajun potatoes (baby potatoes& cornflour)

#goldenapron23 Crispy fried baby potatoes topped with creamy layer of Mayo based sauce,popularly served as appitizer.

corn flour

1 spoon

maida

1/2 spoon

pepper powder

4 tbsp

mayonnaise

3 spoon

tomato sauce

1/4 spoon

garlic powder

1/2 spoon

mixed herbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cleanly wash baby potatoes, and cook till 90 percent, then press it lightly to flatten it.

* Step 2

Prepare slurry with corn flour,maida,salt, chilli flakes,mix herbs and water, heat oil dip in corn flour mixture and drop in hot oil and fry to golden crisp, fry all the baby potatoes.

* Step 3

Now prepare sauce,to the bowl add mayonnaise,tomato sauce, and cashew milk(blend of cashews and milk) and salt mix it to thick flowing consistency.

* Step 4

For serving arrange the fried baby potatoes top with mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle chilli flakes and coriander leaves finely chopped, and enjoy/serve.
