Chanadal usli/kadle bele usli
Simple and very tasty recipe,this usli can be best option while travelling or for picnic,it keep fresh for long time as there is no use of water.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chanadal in hot water for 3 hours,drain water add chanadal to mixijar add green chilly, turmeric powder, curry leaves and grind it coarsely.
* Step 2
Heat oil add mustard,jeera,hing curry leaves, and ground paste,salt,sugar.
* Step 3
Mix it well then cook for two min with lid covered,mix it up again. Add lemon juice coriander leaves and coconut.
* Step 4
Usli is ready serve with chapati, rice.
