Muthiya is healthy and tasty recipe, prepared using mix flours with ragi .

* Step 1
Mix all flours,masala powders,salt,oil,soda, chilly paste and spinach leaves chopped,lauki grated, coriander leaves dry mix it then adding water prepare dough, divide in equal parts and shape in rolls.
* Step 2
Heat steamer and steam for 15 min,cool it cut in pieces.
* Step 3
Heat oil for tadka add mustard,cumin, curry leaves and hing add muthiya pieces mix it well to nice golden colour.
* Step 4
Ragi mix flour muthiya is ready to serve/enjoy
