* Step 1
Wash,peel and chop navalkol,onion, tomato.
* Step 2
Heat oil add panch phoran, and onion saute for a while then add green chilly paste, ginger paste sute it,add tomatoes fry till soft.
* Step 3
Now add coriander powder,jeera powder, chilly powder, turmeric,salt sugar fry for a few minutes,add chopped navalkol and mix it well.
* Step 4
Navalkol subji is ready add coriander leaves serve with roti/rice/chapati.
