#NOV #W3 Lavash is thin crispy bread can be served as appetizer or snack.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mix ragi flour,wheat flour,singada flour, salt, chilly flakes, pepper,herbs, olive oil mix it,then add warm water and knead medium dough cover and keep it for 20min.

* Step 2

Take small of dough roll it asthin as possible sprinkle white til,kalonji roll it lightly,cut in shape as u like (triangles, strips),apply/brush butter on lavash pieces. Preheat kadai place stand place the lavash in lined(with butter paper) plate/ i used cake mould cook for 15,20min on medium to low flame,check in between.

Cool it and ready to enjoy with dip of your choice/cup of tea.
