Creamy Gochujang Pasta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the pasta and give a bit of salt to the water. While waiting for the pasta until al dente, thinly slice the garlic
* Step 2
Heat olive oil in the pan with low-medium heat. Add garlic, gochujang and ketchup, saute them about 1 minute until fragrant
* Step 3
Put the al dente pasta into the pan. Add milk, pasta water and pinch of salt, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Add cheddar cheese and cook until it melts perfectly. For the last, add unsalted butter into the pasta and cook for another 1 minute. Creamy Gochujang Pasta is ready to serve with Parmesan cheese on top ✨
