Sweet Potato/Ratala Khees

#FM #NC Sweet potato khees is traditional dish prepared during fasting, it's simple, healthy and filling.

Ingredient

jeera

1 spoon

chilli paste

2 spoons

ghee/oil

As Per Taste

Salt

coconut grated

1 spoon

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate sweet potato with a big hole grater in a bowl with water.

To Kadai add ghee add jeera the green chilli paste and sweet potato grated mix it well, and cook for a few minutes.

* Step 3

Add peanut powder, coriander leaves, coconut grated mix well cover and cook till soft then add lemon juice and combine all well.

* Step 4

Sweet Potato Khees is ready to serve on top with more grated coconut and coriander leaves.
