Paneer Raw banana kofta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For koftas, crumble paneer, grate bananas transfer to a bowl add green chilli ginger paste,jeera,saunf,salt, kasuri methi,besan mix it well and shape in koftas and fry to golden.
* Step 2
For gravy,blend onion, tomatoes, garlic,cashews to puree.
* Step 3
Heat oil add bay leaf,cloves, pepper, cinnamon add green chilli ginger paste and Puree saute for a while.
* Step 4
Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder and cook till oil seperates.
* Step 5
Add curd and malai mix it well add kasuri methi, coriander leaves cook for a while. For serving place koftas and pour gravy over and serve with roti/rice.
