Corn Beetroot Cutlets

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add grated beetroot and crushed corn.

* Step 2

To that add green chilli paste, salt, chat masala, cumin powder, chopped onion, and coriander leaves mix well.

* Step 3

Now add poha mix again, shape in cutlets, shallow fry till golden serve with chutney/ketchup.
