Malpua is one of the bhoga prasad offered to Lord Jagannath, many types of malpuas are prepared since it is mango season, mango is used to give unique mango flavour ..
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add wheat flour, Rava, mango puree mix it then adds milk to make a thick flowing batter cover and keep aside it for 15min.
* Step 2
Prepare sticky consistency sugar syrup with sugar and water boil it add cardamom powder,Kesar strands.
* Step 3
Now you can blend the batter in a blender for a few seconds for smoothness,
* Step 4
Heat oil and pour ladle full batter let it fry on the sim to medium heat until golden crisp turn other side fries till golden. cool it then soak it in syrup for a few minutes.
* Step 5
Take out garnish with some chopped pista slices and Serve.
